Celebrate Arbor Day with the Oswego Lake Watershed Council and Mountain Park! In the spirit of this national celebration of trees, we will be planting native trees and shrubs in Tanglewood Park. Don’t miss this opportunity to get involved in your community and give back to the environment.
- When: April 28 9 AM – 12 PM
- Where: Tangle Wood Park (map). The closest access point to the project site is the trailhead in between 21 Tanglewood Dr and 23 Tanglewood Dr. If you are driving, please find nearby onstreet parking
- What to wear: Please come dressed to work outside: wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and clothes that can get dirty. We work rain or shine so bring rain gear and layers depending on the weather.

Bring a shovel and pair of gloves if you have them. We will have some extra tools and gloves if you don’t. Coffee, water, and snacks provided for all volunteers.
